What's actually on the house
The track. A low-profile aluminum channel, powder-coated to match your trim, mounted under the eave. By day it reads as part of the fascia.
The LEDs. Individually addressable RGB + warm-white bulbs, spaced along the channel. Each one can be its own color, which is what makes chases, animations and multi-color patterns possible. Rated 50,000 hours, roughly 20 years at typical use.
The controller. A small weatherproof box, usually in the garage or on the soffit, wired to a standard outlet. It runs the schedule even when your phone is off.
The app. Wi-Fi control from anywhere. Presets, custom patterns, per-zone colors, timers, and a warm-white "everyday" mode.
