Holiday lights you never take down. Or put up.
Commercial-grade LEDs seated in a powder-coated channel that's color-matched to your trim — so they disappear in daylight, turn any color you want at night, mount with no roof penetrations, and mean you never touch a ladder again.
Same house. Every night of the year.
These are four real nights at one home we installed. Nothing changed on the house — just a tap in the app.

Reclaim your December.
The last time anyone climbs your roof is install day.
No more steep pitches in the snow, no tangled strands in the attic, and no writing a check every November to a crew who puts them up and takes them down.
Game day. Birthdays. The Fourth. Any Tuesday.
Pick a preset or build your own colors, patterns and animations. Set a schedule once and the house handles the rest of the year on its own.
Color-matched track that disappears into your trim.
The channel is powder-coated to your fascia and tucked under the eave. Neighbors usually don't notice it's there until the night it comes on.
Every light, every color, from your phone.
Each bulb is individually addressable, which is what makes real patterns possible instead of one flat color across the whole house.
- Presets for every holiday, plus college and pro team colors
- Timers that come on at dusk and shut off at bedtime
- Zones so the porch runs warm white while the gables run red and green
- Warm white mode for elegant everyday accent lighting
- Works from anywhere — change it from the driveway or from vacation

You will use these far more than six weeks a year.
That is the part people underestimate. Most of our customers run warm white nightly and only switch to color for the holidays and the big games.
Nobody else in this industry will show you a number. Here's ours.
Permanent lighting is priced by the foot of roofline. Drag the slider and you'll be within a few hundred dollars of your real quote before anyone knocks on your door.
We'd rather you know now than find out after a sales visit. If the number works, we'll come measure and put it in writing.
Not sure of your footage? Pace out the front of the house and double it for a rough number — a 2,400 sq ft two-story usually lands around 180–220 ft once the gables and garage are included.
Real numbers, not a teaser. Utah installs run roughly $20–$40 per linear foot depending on height, roof complexity and how much of the house you light. Your written quote is firm and comes from an actual tape measure, not this slider.
Three ways to light a house. All the numbers.
Most companies compare themselves to the other permanent brands. The real decision is this one, so here it is with nothing left out.

|---|---|---|---|
| Cost, first year | $3,000 – $8,000 | $700 – $1,200 | $300 – $600 |
| Cost, every year after | $0 | $700 – $1,200 (rising) | $100 – $200 |
| Ten-year total | $3,000 – $8,000 | $7,000 – $12,000 | $1,300 – $2,400 |
| Nights lit per year | 365 if you want | about 45 | about 45 |
| Your time on a ladder | none, ever | none | 2 weekends a year |

| Daytime look | color-matched trim | clips and cords | clips and cords |
| What breaks | lifetime LED warranty | not your problem | a third of the strand |

Seasonal-crew figures are what Wasatch Front companies charge for an average two-story home. Permanent figures are our own installed pricing. We've left in the line where permanent costs more, because for the first few years it does.

Your building, in your brand colors, every night.
Dealerships, storefronts, restaurants, HOAs and municipal buildings. A lit roofline is visible from the road long after your sign has disappeared into the dark.
- Brand colors nightly, holiday programs on a calendar
- Security lighting on the parking-side elevations, with no fixtures to vandalize
- One capital expense instead of a seasonal install-and-remove line item
Built for Utah winters, not for one season.
This is the spec sheet. If another company won't give you one, that tells you something.

The four things people actually worry about.
Every one of these is the reason somebody doesn't call. So here they are answered up front, not buried in a FAQ at the bottom of the page.
Nothing penetrates the roof.
The channel fastens to fascia and soffit — never through the roofing, never onto the gutter. Your drip edge and drainage are untouched, and we put that line on the written quote so your roof warranty is not a question mark.
One out doesn't take the run with it.
Strand lights taught everyone to dread this. Each diode here is individually addressable on its own circuit — a failure is one dark dot, and we replace that section rather than the system.
Approved once, then done forever.
Most Utah boards approve these because there is nothing to see in daylight. We build the submission packet for your specific committee — daylight photo, night photo, spec sheet, mounting statement. The HOA guide →
Rated to −40°F, sealed, mechanically fastened.
Powder-coated aluminum channel and sealed connectors, not clips. That is the whole difference between something that survives a decade on a west-facing bench elevation and something that is a two-season product.
What we cover, stated plainly.
Most of this industry either publishes nothing or publishes a headline that shrinks when you read the exclusions. Here is the whole thing in three lines.
Coverage transfers once to a new owner at no cost, so it conveys with the house rather than dying at closing. We install, we service, and we warranty — there is no dealer to be handed off to when something goes wrong, which is not true of most of the names you'll compare us against.

The questions everyone asks.
The five that come up in every driveway conversation. There are more on the full FAQ, including the ones that talk some people out of it.
How much do permanent holiday lights cost?
Installed pricing runs about $20 to $40 per linear foot of roofline in Utah, so most homes land between $3,000 and $8,000. Height, roof complexity and how much of the house you light drive where you fall in that band. There's an estimator on our pricing page, and the on-site quote is firm and in writing.
Are they visible during the day?
Barely. The channel is powder-coated to match your fascia and tucked up under the eave. From the street it reads as trim. Most people don't notice a neighbor has them until the first night they come on.
Will my HOA allow them?
Almost always. Because the track is color-matched and the system can run subtle warm white, it satisfies the exterior-lighting language in every HOA we've worked with. We supply daytime photos and a spec sheet for your architectural committee, and you typically only have to get approval once. Full detail on our HOA approval page.
Do they work in snow and cold?
Yes. The system is rated from −40°F to 140°F and sealed against snow, ice and rain. Utah winters are exactly the condition it's designed for, and it's the same weather that makes hanging traditional lights miserable.
Do you touch my gutters, or drill into the roof?
Neither. The channel fastens to the fascia and soffit — the flat boards under the eave — not through the roofing and not onto the gutter. Nothing penetrates the roof deck, nothing sits in the drip edge, and your drainage works exactly as it did before. This is the question that decides most roof-warranty worries, so we put it in writing on the quote.
