Locally owned. On your roof so you're not.

GlowFish Lighting is a locally owned lighting company based in Riverton, Utah, serving Salt Lake County, Utah County and the Wasatch Front.

We started this because of something you see every November on every street on the Wasatch Front: somebody's dad, thirty feet up an extension ladder on a frozen roof, hanging lights that will come down in six weeks. It's the single most dangerous thing most homeowners do all year, and it's for a decoration.

Permanent lighting fixes that permanently. We install commercial-grade LED systems that go up once, look like trim in daylight, and work every night of the year instead of six weeks of it. We do the measuring, the color match, the wiring and the app setup ourselves — no subcontracted crew you've never met.

How we quote

Free, in person, and firm. We measure the actual roofline instead of guessing off a satellite photo, we tell you the number in your driveway, and that number doesn't move afterward. There's also a public estimator on our pricing page so you know roughly where you'll land before anyone knocks.

What we won't do

• We won't quote off a satellite photo. Somebody comes out with a tape measure. Rooflines are not what they look like from space.
• We won't hide the price until we're in your living room. There's an estimator on the pricing page. Use it before you ever talk to us.
• We won't call you six times after the estimate. You have the number in writing. If you want it, you'll call.
• We won't hand your install to a crew you've never met. The person who quotes it is on site when it goes up.
• We won't tell you permanent lighting is right for everyone. If you're moving next year, it isn't, and we'll say so.

What we stand behind

Lifetime warranty on the LEDs, five years on components, one year on labor. We installed it, so if something ever goes wrong you call us and it gets fixed — there's nobody to point at.
